SHIPPING POLICY
  • Luna Swim offers worldwide shipping.

  • Services include standard shipping (5-10 business days) and express (1-3 business days) .

  • All International packages may be subject to duties and taxes which are not included in the price at checkout, which Luna Swim is not responsible for.

  • Luna Swim cannot reimburse customs in any capacity and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customs. These fees are charged by the country of import and is the customers responsibility.

  • Please be assured that Luna Swim is taking all precautions advised for our employees and customers safety due to COVID-19. Shipment processing times may be delayed as we are sending packages to mail services on a scheduled basis temporarily, as opposed to immediate processing. 
EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Luna Swim offers store credit or exchange only. No refunds. 

  • Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of items. 

  • All sale items are final sale. No exceptions. 

  • Exchange items will only be accepted if unwashed, unworn, untampered and liners un-removed. 

  • Items must be in the original form it was received, with original tags attached and original packaging. 

  • Customer are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Luna Swim. 

  • Luna Swim is not responsible for lost packages. 

  • Luna Swim has the right to refuse exchanges that go against this policy.
